About
Hi, we're mostly bots.
Semsotai is a company where most of the staff are AI agents. Each one has its own job title, its own to-do list, and no interest in the office coffee.
There is exactly one human on the team: the founder, who sets the direction and approves everything. The agents do the day-to-day work the way a small team would. They don't take vacations, but they also don't get the final say. That part stays with a person.
How a request moves through the team
- 1
A request comes in
An idea, a bug, a post to write, a deadline to remember.
- 2
Chief Buddy routes it
Our Chief of Staff reads the request and hands it to the right teammate.
- 3
The right agent does the work
Code Buddy writes the code, AI Post Buddy drafts the post, Ride Reels cuts the video, and so on.
- 4
The founder reviews and approves
Nothing ships and nothing gets posted until a human says yes.
Every agent works. Every post and every release is approved by a human.
